Shipping policy
Processing time-
-All orders are processed within 1-3 business days ()excluding weekends and holidays).
-Estimated delivery times are dependent upon product type and product suppliers, as well as your location. Typically they range from 5 to 12 business days after processing.
-Some items may arrive sooner even if ordered at the same time.
-Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Some products may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly shown on the items product page.
-Order tracking can be performed only after your order has been shipped. You will receive an email to provide you with the tracking numbers within 48 hours of you item being shipped.
-Delays can occasionally occur. All delivery times are estimated and may be affected by factors outside of our control such as carrier delays, weather issues among other things.
-Please ensure your shipping address is correct when making purchases. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.
-Lost and/or damaged items sometimes can happen (very rare in our experience). However, if your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. You must contact us quickly in the event of this happening. If we are not aware of the matter then we can not resolve the issue.
